Good
I loved the spa and outdoor facilities, the staff were lovely and the reception very helpful. Fabulous views from the room window across the sea. Breakfast was good. The housekeeping staff were particularly nice and even with limited English were always engaging and kind.
I thought the room was not 4 star standard and needed upgrading. The breakfast was good but was not included which for the price I thought it should be. Restaurant was ok but better to go out for dinner and we chanced a sandwich there when we arrived over priced and tasted like plastic.

Overall it is a good hotel choice but ask for the more up to date wings/rooms.
Very nice grounds, pool, kiddie pool/splash pad, great breakfast and excellent dinner, restaurant staff offered exceptional service and friendly, has a spa but we didn’t use it. Need to take car or shuttle to beach.
I would say this is a 3 star hotel based only on our hotel room (it was once run by Best Western). Our room and wing of the hotel, although very clean, desperately needs an update. I believe the other wings are better and more up to date. The actress Helen Mirren stayed at the same time as us, so the other wings must be pretty decent.

Overall the stay was good, but was I bit disappointed that fir the money you pay per night, that the breakfast and Lido
The property was great and there were lots of facilities to cater for guests. The staff are friendly!! The breakfast is fantastic.
The property is looking a bit aged and could do with a bit of a face lift or freshen up to modernise it a bit.
